Please note we DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND on SALE items we have limited stock available and can not promise sizes will be available.

RETURN COST
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You can 30 days to return your item. You will be required to pay for your own postage please view Australia Post website for all costs.
30 DAYS TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Fill out the returns portal form below
Follow the prompts print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. After 14 days you will be required to pay for your own postage.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please click here to submit a form, as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
