Shipping Policy

Free Shipping available on ALL orders over $100.
 

Deliveries may take 5-7 business days to arrive, please contact Australia post https://auspost.com.au/
for delivery updates.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deliveries may arrive in separate shipments due to the different suppliers which are sourced overseas.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival and approx time of your delivery.

 

All tracking information will be available via your Account, please login to view the status of your order.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
 

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided


Damaged and Faulty Goods

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please click here to submit a form, as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
